We highly recommend Boscoe Pools! It was truly a pleasure to work with Jeff Holloway and his crew. Our backyard “re-do” project was a challenging one that grew and grew and Jeff was on top of things each step of the way. His communication was excellent! When he said the crew would be there – they were! His crew is extremely nice, polite and very hard working! He thought of many things along the way that we didn’t think of that truly enhanced our project. The craftsmanship- especially the stone work, the quality of the work, and the attention to detail were all superb! The work site was always kept clean. Jeff also coordinated landscape, fence and irrigation work that needed to be done at the end of the project. Our pool and deck renovation turned out beautiful and we are extremely pleased! One of the best things was that Jeff was readily available and committed to our project from beginning to end – he saw it through until the very last thing was done!

Our family had a pool installed during the summer months of 2012 by Boscoe’s Pools. We researched several pool companies, for two years, before we decided to hire Jeff Holloway with Boscoe’s as our pool builder. From the first day we met with Jeff, to the final day of construction and clean up we were COMPLETELY satisfied with every aspect of the pool building process, and our gorgeous finished product. Jeff spent hours with us designing our pool, helping us choose materials, explaining the building process, checking in daily on construction and making sure everything was PERFECT. He is a perfectionist and his work is impeccable. Our pool was completed towards the end of the summer and we were able to enjoy a full six weeks of swimming before the cold weather months. During that time Jeff or one of his crew came by weekly to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that we were completely satisfied. Without question, Boscoe’s Pools is the best pool company in the area. Working with Jeff Holloway at Boscoe’s Pools was a very positive and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Jeff’s expertise is really second to none ­ he not only met our expectations, he exceeded them! After carefully examining the location and making preliminary drawings he presented to us a computer image which actually incorporated the house in the presentation so that it was easy to see the melding of the house and the pool. Jeff brought in samples of construction materials as well as color choices. In addition, we were taken to view actual pools constructed by Boscoe’s Pools. Jeff was there every day from the first soil test to the last flower planted. His communication was excellent and we always knew what was happening each day. The result was an award winning pool that is elegant and a resort­like atmosphere in our backyard. We have had many guests from all over the world that have been awed by the blending of the house, pool and lake into a visual masterpiece. The pool was also finished within a satisfactory time line and within the budget proposed. I have an significant background in construction and this is the third pool that I have built in Fayette county.Boscoe’s pool was a pleasant surprise. His price was fair and he came in on time and on budget with no last minute surprises. His worksite was spotless and their professional crew could have not been better. Shane is very talented at design but he also is at the jobsite every day and not just a salesperson who you never see again. He truly understands and manages the entire process so that I did not have to do anything other than make decisions about colors. My pool has been finished now for about six months and I can say that everything works perfectly and whenever I need help or ask questions Shane always is quick to respond. I highly recommend Boscoe Pools to anyone looking to put in a pool. I cannot say enough about their quality, professionalism and service. When we decided to put in a pool in the fall of 2011 we got quotes from various companies. Boscoe Pools was recommended to me by at least three other Boscoe pool owners. Jeff Holloway came out to the house, got our ideas and put everything together on a computer layout. This was very impressive and really brought the design to life. We chose Boscoe Pools to build our pool based on others recommendations and my impression of Jeff Holloway at our meeting. They were not the cheapest quote, but we felt we would get a superior product and a dependable company who stood behind their work. We were not disappointed. After we agreed to move forward, things started happening fast. Jeff laid out the schedule and everything went just as planned. The different crews showed up on time, on schedule. They produced high quality work, kept everything as neat and clean as was possible, and produced a beautiful product that we have enjoyed since its completion. The materials they use, along with the workmanship is of the highest quality. I watched the guys doing the coping on the pool and building our outdoor fireplace for hours and was amazed at the attention to detail they displayed. Since the pool was completed I have had many questions about the pool and its upkeep. Jeff and his foreman, Ryan have responded to any question I have had. Both Jeff and Ryan have been out to the pool since it has been completed to help me with any issue. Their attentiveness and professionalism have gone above and beyond any contractor I have ever dealt with. Our project with Boscoe’s Pools was much more than just a swimming pool. They created a 25′ dual sided fireplace, sitting walls, columns, a paver pool deck as well as a natural free form swimming pool. The swimming pool has natural stone coping and a large natural boulder waterfall that is one of the focal points of our backyard. Boscoe’s Pools has one of the most talented masonry crews we have ever experienced and they are true Artisans! Each and every stone in our backyard was hand chipped and shaped and placed carefully to create the most beautiful backdrop for our outdoor living space. The end result to this project exceeded our expectations with regards to beauty and quality.
