Pool Construction Process
Boscoe’s Pools provides residential and commercial clients with our award winning pool design, installation and repair services.
Design
We will sit down with you to discuss the type of pool and features that best fit your needs and personal style. Then we will present you with a 3D concept of your pool design.
Excavation
We will mark the layout of your pool, set elevation markers and start the excavation process of the pool with the proper tractor for your project.
Plumbing
The pool plumbing will be SCH40 piping and fitting to match the flow rates and hydraulics designed for the system.
Steel
Next the steel will go in. Your pool is built like a grid, and the steel is there to provide support for the walls and floor.
Shotcrete
A special high strength concrete mixture (4,000psi) that is pneumatically applied to a steel rebar pool intererior frame.
Masonry
The next step is to install your tile and coping. The materials will vary depending on your pool design and water features, but they can include: brick, stone, tile, and more.
Deck
We will then layout your concrete decking. This is when you decide what type of concrete you would like. A couple of options are colored concrete, stamped concrete or pavers.
Fence
Once the deck is poured you will need to have the fencing installed. Please visit the link below for fencing requirements, feel free to cal us with any questions.
Pool Equipment
Pool equipment, final gas hook-up and electrical connections are done.
Pool Interior
We are a certified PebbleTec dealer and offer a wide variety of finish colors and options. Once the finish is applied we will start to fill the pool with water.
Start Up
We then turn on the pumps, let the water filter, add the chemicals and show you how to use all of your equipment. Now it's time for you to enjoy your amazing backyard with your uniquely-designed pool!
